INSIGHT EXECUTIVE
UP TO 36,000
LONDON (HYBRID)
THE COMPANY
Harnham is working with a well established energy company that is focused on transforming the way we buy and use energy. They are looking for an Insight executive to understand their audiences and produce insight to offer strategic recommendations to marketing, product and their commercial teams
THE ROLE
You will:
* Manage qualitative and quantitative research projects end to end
* Work across tracking projects, customer experience, and evaluation.
* Conduct strategic ad hoc work responding to current needs of the team and projects
* Run insight projects across the entire campaign life cycle - exploratory audience understanding, pre-testing, pulling data out of research to analyse performance - all to inform campaign strategies for specific audiences
* Management of agencies and commissioning out of projects
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
You will need to have:
* 2+ years experience in a market research agency
* Good stakeholder management skills
* Strong organisational and communication skills

* First stage: Teams Interview
* Second stage: Task Interview
