Role: Growth Manager

Position Overview:
This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about social media, has a deep understanding of TikTok, and is eager to drive growth for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Content Strategy: Develop and implement effective TikTok content strategies to increase followers, engagement, and brand visibility.
* Trend Analysis: Stay updated with the latest TikTok trends and incorporate them into content plans.
* Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyse the performance of TikTok campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
* Community Engagement: Engage with followers, respond to comments, and foster a vibrant community around our clients’ TikTok accounts.
* Collaboration: Work closely with content creators, designers, and other team members to produce high-quality TikTok content.
* Reporting: Prepare regular reports on TikTok growth metrics and campaign performance.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in managing and growing TikTok accounts.
* Strong understanding of TikTok algorithms, trends, and best practices.
* Experience with TikTok LIVE and live streaming strategies.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content ideas.
* Analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Experience with video editing and TikTok content creation tools.
* Knowledge of other social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
