Branch Manager (Estate Agent)
Salary: £27k - £35k DOE + car allowance £250.00 per month and OTE
Location: Hove
Hours: Mon - Fri 8.30am - 17.30pm (Sat - 9am -4pm with a day in lieu - 2 maximum per month)
Must have a full UK driving licence and ideally own car to apply!

If so, I have a great opportunity for an experienced Branch Manager/Valuer to join a focused and professional organisation where you can drive your own business with the luxury of great support, referrals and leads based out of their offices in Hove.
You already have a proven background within property sales in Brighton and Hove, managing a team, valuing and being able to create and drive a team to success.
Responsibilities:
* Generate valuations and new business.
* Book and conduct valuations.
* Negotiate and agree terms and pricing structure for property sales.
* Arrange advertising to ensure the property is marketed effectively.
* Recruit new staff members, onboarding, training and coaching them to reach their full potential.
* Actively take part in morning meetings, team and other business meetings where required.
* Establish, build and maintain professional relationships with clients.
* Work in collaboration with the lettings department.
* Responsible for the P&L, KPI’s and conversion benchmark rates.
* Sales progression, ensuring a smooth transition for purchasers through to completion.
* Book appointments for potential buyers to view properties.
* Implement new business sales initiatives, marketing, call outs, mailing campaigns etc.
* Manage the sales pipeline and produce regular reports for Senior Management.
* Update and ensure the CRM system are accurate and kept up to date - Alto/Goodlord etc.
* Cultivate a professional, proactive team that thrives under your management.
The right candidate will have the following skills and experience to apply:
* Proven estate agency background ideally in the Brighton & Hove marketplace.
* Ability to grow and manage a successful team.
* Highly motivated, professional with the ability to build strong business relationships.
* Ability to generate new business and conduct valuations to successful conversions.
* Strong IT skills, inclusive of Microsoft, property CRM systems and social media.
* Excellent sales legislation knowledge and ideally a current member of NAEA.
* Natural problem solver, with great negation and customer service skills.
* Management of P&L and managing a sales pipeline.
* Driven, professional and great commercial acumen.
