Work for this leading London law firm who seek a skilled PQE Tax Associate. The team provide focused tax advice to the Private client, Media, Entertainment & Technology sector.
Their work is broad and could include advising clients in relation to:
* Private Client Tax Matters
* Non UK dom
* International tax
* Corporate tax matters
* HMRC enquiries and tax investigations
* Code of Practice 8 and 9 and criminal investigations
* Large tax disputes
* Offshore tax matters
Your role will include (not be limited to)
* Detailed tax analysis
* Applying tax treaties and International Tax Principles
* Corporate tax structuring and re-structuring
* Meeting HMRC and client deadlines
* Detailed analysis of tax planning and business structures to assist the team in identifying risks/opportunities
* Assisting the team with detailed tax forensic work
* Analysing and interpreting complex financial statements and accounting practices
* Drafting and completing disclosure reports for HMRC and for clients
