Job Description:
OTE £50,000 minimum year one
Role Overview as a Client Relationship Manager you will be responsible for nurturing client relationships, and ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction. This role requires a strong understanding of our clients services, excellent communication skills, and a passion for supporting the existing client base.
Key Responsibilities
* Required to manage the busy day-to-day communications with existing client base
* Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with agencies, including ensuring any relevant documentation (e.g. contracts) are in place.
* Ensuring that we are legally compliant, managing and maintaining our accreditations with Professional Passport and FCSA.
Other significant duties will include:
* Proven experience in a similar role within an umbrella company is crucial
* Able to show good initiative and good problem-solving skills
* Can confidently work in a highly proactive manner, often without direction
* An understanding of the importance of confidentiality and sensitivity of information
* Excellent communication skills
* Able to work in a structured / organised manner
Person Specification
* Ability to work well with time pressures in a constantly changing environment.
* Good time management, organisational and analytical skills.
* Excellent communication and empathetic skills.
* Focused on delivering a high level of customer service.
* Accurate and timely data management skills.
* A desire to be a good representative of the Company at all times.
* Flexible outlook and team player.
* IT Literate, proficient in using MS Office, Outlook and sales CRM systems (SalesForce)
