Job Description:
H9 are exclusively working with an established client who are looking for a D&I manager on a 12-month FTC to promote a culture of inclusivity within their organisation.
This is a real opportunity to have a real impact with the companies ED&I agenda.
You will be able to work from wherever is suitable to complete the task at hand. This might be at home, in one of their offices. You may be required to travel between the offices when required across Lincolnshire.
Responsibilities
* Develop and deliver an impactful EDI action plan. Set measurable objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and impact of actions.
* Lead the newly formed EDI working group to shape and drive the delivery of an impactful EDI action plan & look for new ways to increase our diversity and drive inclusivity across the colleague lifecycle
* Oversee arrangements to enable a broad range of colleagues, managers, customers, stakeholders and unions to effectively engage in EDI activities
* Support colleagues in creating and reviewing policies and procedures to ensure they comply with regulation and consistently promote and embed EDI throughout the colleague life cycle
* Oversee the content and provision of training and support to colleagues on EDI
* Prepare reports and presentation on EDI matters for Board
* Provide support and guidance to colleagues and stakeholders on EDI-related issues.
* Continuously evaluate and refine EDI practices based on feedback, best practices, and evolving organisational needs
Qualification & Desirables
* Professional certification in diversity and inclusion
* Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Organisational Development, Sociology, Psychology, or a related field.
* Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to plan, coordinate, and execute EDI initiatives and action plans effectively and efficiently
* Knowledge of Equality Legislation
* Proven experience in EDI management
