Do you crave the thrill of the chase and building lasting relationships within IT & Infrastructure sectors? Are you experienced in selling data centres, structured cabling? Then we want to hear from YOU!
We are looking for an experienced New Business Development Manager for a leading and established tech powerhouse to join their growing team on a full-time permanent basis in London.
In this dynamic role, you’ll be promoting and selling the top-notch complex infrastructure projects (data centres, structured cabling, managed service) into the hyperscale Data Centres and Large Enterprise, Insurance, Finance, Legal, Pharma sectors both locally and globally.
Other key responsibilities include:
* Identify business opportunities by leveraging existing relations and uncovering fresh opportunities for growth across Nordic region.
* Selling IT Infrastructure and closing deals while exceeding annual targets.
* Build rock-solid relationships with clients that go beyond just business ensuring the services exceed client expectations.
* Own the sales process from start to finish - crafting winning proposals and navigate the RFP.
* Provide valuable client feedback to help keep improving the business.
* Become a master networker by identifying and building strong connections with relevant stakeholders and key players.
* Collaborate with external suppliers to seal the deal.
Do you have what it takes?
* You’ve got a proven track record of selling IT and infrastructure solutions (data centre, structured cabling, managed services).
* You understand the ins and outs of the IT & Infrastructure industry like the back of your hand.
* You have experience in the UK & EMEA market but professional network in the Nordics would be highly beneficial.
* You have keen eye for commercial opportunities and can navigate the business world with confidence.
* You’re a master of RFP - proposals and sales processes.
* You’re a dab hand at using CRM databases (Salesforce or HubSpot).
* You’re results-oriented individual.
* You’re a hunter and self-starter.
* You have ability to build rapport and connect with people naturally.
* You thrive in fast-paced environments and stay calm when deadlines loom.
* You bring a positive and infectious energy to everything you do.
This role combines remote work with in-office collaboration in central London (two days per week) and on-site visits to international clients.
