We are currently seeking a Travel and Tourism Lecturer to join a vibrant college in Wolverhampton. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality learning experiences and enrichment activities that inspire and promote learner engagement and achievement.
Day-to-day of the role: * Deliver engaging and informative lessons in Travel and Tourism to a diverse group of learners.
* Develop and implement innovative teaching methods to enhance the learning experience.
* Provide support and guidance to students, fostering an environment conducive to learning and personal development.
* Assess student work and provide constructive feedback to facilitate improvement.
* Participate in curriculum development and stay updated with the latest industry trends and educational best practices.
* Collaborate with colleagues to share resources and strategies for student success.
Required Skills & Qualifications: * A Level 3 qualification or above in Travel and Tourism, or equivalent.
* A Level 2 qualification or equivalent in English and Maths.
* Hold a teaching qualification or be currently working towards one.
* Demonstrated ability to inspire and engage students in the learning process.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* A commitment to continuous professional development and educational excellence.
