A well-established Invoice Finance lender is looking to add a Client Manager to their team at their Reading office. This will be a valued role within the Operations division, managing client relationships from start to finish.

As a Client Manager you will be: 
- Proactively managing a portfolio of clients across a number of different funding lines. 
- Working in conjunction with a team of Credit Controllers in delivering excellent customer service to clients. 
- Liaising with sales support and Business Development Managers regarding onboarding completions. 
- Dealing with client queries in a timely and professional manner. Handling complaints proactively and adopting a solution orientated approach.  
- Conducting sales ledger reviews and reviewing risk levels, exposure and litigation actions. 
- Ensuring your credit controller and team achieve their collection goals/ objectives and agreed service levels are met. 

What we’re looking for in you: 
- Previous Invoice Finance experience. 
- Previous credit control experience. 
- English & Maths GCSE or equivalent A*- /9-4.
- A people person who can engage and communicate with a range of different personalities.
- A confident, customer centric individual. 
- Confident with numerical analysis and financial interpretation.
