£13.45 - £16.45 per hour
Sellick Partnership Ltd are currently recruiting for a Fleet Administrator to join one of our Manchester based clients on a temporary ongoing contract
Daily duties of the Fleet Administrator consist of:
* Acting as first point of contact dealing with telephone, and email enquiries
* Providing an efficient administrative service including collating, inputting and maintaining data
* Providing support to the Fleet Manager where required
* Assisting in the scheduling of maintenance of vehicles and facilities maintenance
* Ensuring the fleet remains serviced, legally compliant and roadworthy with regular vehicle checks programmed in
* Coordination and monitoring of Company fuel cards and car allowances
Essential experience of the Fleet Administrator:
* Excellent IT and organisational skills
* Previous experience working within Fleet/Facilities Management(desirable)
