Technical Support Engineer (2nd/3rd) - London (Hybrid, 3/days) - Permanent
We recently partnered with a rapidly growing business computer networks and support consultancy looking for a technical support engineer with managed services experience. They have an in-house specialty focus in IT Security, IT Support, Project Management, Consultancy and IT Directorship. The technical support engineer will need experience with managed services, Microsoft technologies, and Azure infrastructure.
As the Technical Support Engineer, you provide 2nd and 3rd line support on Microsoft office 365, end point, and mail security. You as the Technical Support Engineer will work with MDM and MAM, windows server, and backups.
As the Technical Support Engineer you will do routing, switching, and firewall working with WatchGuard, DrayTek, HP networking, UniFi. You as the Technical Support Engineer will need to have experience with VPN/VOIP and other remote working technologies
Requirements:
Min of 3+ years’ experience as a Technical Support Engineer 2nd/3rd line support
Working knowledge or experience with:
* Managed Services
* Microsoft 365
* Endpoint and mail security
* MDM and MAM
* Azure infrastructure and solutions (beneficial)
* Windows server
* Routing, switching, and firewalls
* Backups
* VPN/VOIP
Note. The level is slightly flexible so if you’re slightly less or more experienced as a Technical Support Engineer please do reach out.
Salary - up to £60,000 + bonus + benefits
Location - London (Hybrid, 3/days)
Duration - Permanent.
