The role as Showroom Manager:
As Showroom Manager for their Central London store and reporting to the Regional Manager, you’ll be responsible for a small but well-trained in-store team operating very much in a 1-2-1 customer environment, where assisted sales and responding to very customer-specific requirements is absolutely key. It’s not a hard sell. Time, patience and customer focus will be the cornerstones of success and lead to the generation of repeat business through promotion of the brand.

You must have a track record in assisted sales within retail. A management background would be a plus but it’s those attributes around high customer-focus, passion for creativity - and the poise and professionalism to build customer confidence which will really set you out from the crowd. You’ll also be capable of leading and enthusing a small team: a real people person, and with a highly ethical, reassuring demeanour. You’ll also be able to offer:

In reward for your hard work with you will receive a basic salary of up to c£35,000+
