As the Sales Manager/Director, you will be responsible for leading and expanding sales efforts within the mortgage intermediary sector. You will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing strategic sales plans, fostering relationships with key partners, and achieving revenue targets. Key Responsibilities:

* Build and maintain strong relationships with mortgage brokers, financial advisors, and other key intermediaries.

* Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team targets.
* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform strategic decisions.
* Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure a seamless client experience.
* Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective partners and clients.
* Track and analyse sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management.
* Stay informed about regulatory changes and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a Sales Manager or Director in the mortgage intermediary industry.
* Strong knowledge of mortgage products, lending criteria, and the intermediary market.
* Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
* Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
