Job Requirements * Support the delivery of audit assignments from planning to completion
* Manage own portfolio of clients, building strong rapport and dealing with year-end queries effectively
* Lead onsite audit teams to ensure budgets, deadlines and expectations are met
* Act as a trusted advisor to owner-managed businesses on a range of accounts and business issues
* Preparation of statutory accounts
* Preparation of corporate tax computations and returns
* Work alongside Managers and Partners, reporting directly to them
* Supervise junior staff by reviewing work and offering mentorship
* Converse clearly and effectively using software including IRIS, Sage, Xero and QuickBooks
* Manage own workload, regularly updating Managers with work progress
* Champion your own professional development, proactively learning from the experienced team
* Support the wider firm by undertaking ad hoc duties where required

The Successful Applicant * ACCA / ACA qualified, part qualified or studying
* Qualified by experience also considered
* Proven track record of leading audit assignments within practice environment
* Strong experience managing a diverse client portfolio
* Good knowledge of audit software including Xero, SAGE 50, SAGE Business Cloud and Microsoft Office
* Experience using Iris suite is desirable, but not essential
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Self-motivated, reliable and eager to progress
* A strong work ethic, time management and organisational skills
* Enthusiasm to learn from an experienced team and progress within the firm
* Hands-on attitude towards building client relationships
* Proactive problem solver with a keen eye for detail
* Able to work confidently with senior team members
