Registered Manager - Linc Cymru, Ty Coch
Role description
We have partnered with Linc Cymru, to recruit a Registered Manager for there 60-bed nursing home in Cardiff.
* Management of a 60 bed Nursing Home for Elderly/Dementia
* Oversight of the day-to-day management, supervision and administration of the home
* Ensure High quality of Care
* Ensure the ongoing financial viability of the service
* Management of a large diverse staff group, with a focus on ensuring safe staffing levels
* Build and Maintain Relationships with important stakeholders (CIW, LA, Local Health Boards)
Role Requirements
* High level of experience managing Nursing Homes
* Strong Turnaround Knowledge and Experience
* Understanding of CIW
* Strong relationships with Local Authorities, Local Health Boards and CIW
* Active Nursing PIN (RGN/RMN) is preferable
* Experience in staff management (recruitment, training, upskilling and performance management)
* QCF level 5 in leadership for health and soical care / NVQ level 4 in Management in Care
