Business Services Administrator

Location: Harlow

Working Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm (30-minute lunch break)

Salary: £24,000 per annum

About the Company: Our client is a well-established and reputable Fire and Security company based in Harlow.

They are seeking an experienced Administrator to join their winning team.

We are looking for a candidate with exceptional customer service skills and strong planning and organizational abilities.

As a Business Services Administrator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining high-quality standards and meeting client Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Role Overview:

As a Business Services Administrator, you will work within a team of approximately 12 individuals, performing the following tasks:

Customer Interaction:
* Handle telephone and email enquiries from tenants of local councils and housing associations.
* Log inbound calls and emails.
Correspondence and Scheduling:
* Send letters to customers.
* Schedule bookings for engineers to conduct routine inspections, address fault calls, and perform small works.
Data Management:
* Load daily jobs onto the internal management system.
* Update progress on customer portals.
Support and Coordination:
* Address customer and engineer queries.
* Support Contract Managers with various tasks.
Ad-Hoc Tasks:
* Perform various ad-hoc tasks to ensure the smooth running of the business.
Requirements:Experience:
* Proven experience in an administrative role.
* Experience in customer service is essential.
Skills:
* Exceptional customer service skills.
* Strong planning and organizational abilities.
* Proficient in using internal management systems and customer portals.
