Are you an experienced Import Merchandiser looking to work for a leading organisation within a stable team?
Our Client is a leading importer, supplying major retailers in the UK and due to their ever expanding growth they now have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Import Merchandiser to join their team.
Purpose of role:
* Management of Critical Path from selection through production to shipment.
* Ensure product corresponds to customer’s design expectation.
Responsible for:
* Photography / Packaging
* Organising samples, checking that all samples received are correct to approved CAD.
* Ensuring all deadlines are met.
* Creating packaging forms.
* Uploading photography to factory FTP folders.
* Managing Sealing process
* Shipping and correct documentation
* Ensure all shipping paperwork is processed and dealt with in a timely manner.
* Update and maintain seasonal documents
* Raising POs and Invoice.
* Shipment Diary
The successful candidate will need to have previous experience working as an Import Merchandiser. You will have experience of critical path management, FOB and shipping.
You will have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office & Excel as well as solid communication & articulation skills and have the ability to multi task.
