Do you come from a supervisor background within a differnt industry, even in Hospitality and are looking to move into an office environment? We are currently looking for a Customer Service Supervisor to join a growing business within the Poole area.
Responsibilities of a Customer Service Supervisor:
* Lead and supervise the customer service and sales team to ensure exceptional performance and adherence to high standards
* Manage day-to-day operations, providing guidance and support to team members to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction
* Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and meet company goals
* Maintain detailed records of sales performance, customer interactions, and team activities 
Requirements of a Customer Service Supervisor:
