The Company recruiting for the Hire Administrator:

The Role of the Hire Administrator:
* Responsible for handling phone calls and booking site visits
* Generating hire documents, processing them and completing stock checks.
* Utilising Syrinx software to manage end-to-end hire processes
* Make customer satisfaction calls during and after hire, resolve any issues and feedback between other departments
* Working closely with the hire manager and finance manager
* It’s a fast-paced role, so you’ll have to be able to multitask and be confident using IT systems.
* Office based near Irlam, Mon - Fri; 45 hours per week
The Candidate for the Hire Administrator:
* Previous experience in a hire or rental coordination / administrative role
* Strong IT skills
* Ability to multi-task
* Strong attention to detail
* Good English communication skills
* Able to commute daily to Irlam
The Package for theHire Administrator:
* £25,000 - £30,000 Basic Salary
* Benefits incl. pension
