Job Description:
A fantastic opportunity has now arisen to work with a well-regarded and prestige brand based in Newcastle, who operate across the North. Our client is currently seeking an Assistant Parts Manager to join their existing and expanding team. They are looking for a motivated and professional individual to provide exemplary customer service and strong management skills to oversee the parts team. You will need to be an effective communicator with the ability to build and nurture relationships and act as a key figure of the business.  
 
As the successful Assistant Parts Manager your duties will include:
* Assisting in overseeing the team
* Being the face of the business, making a positive first impression to customer
* Managing, checking and identifying stock and items
* Following relevant company policies and processes and ensuring best practice
* Devising and analysing reports
* Controlling of costs and team standards
* Collaborating with internal teams
* Assisting in devising suitable sales strategies
* Promoting marketing activities
* Managing inventory levels
* Handling queries, solving problems and general ad-hoc duties relevant to the post
  We are looking for:
* Experience in an Assistant Parts Manager position, or a role covering similar duties
* Automotive experience
* Strong leadership and customer relation skills
* Efficient, IT literate and
* Good organisation skills with the ability to oversee a team
* Have a driven and proactive approach.
