Position: Children’s Registered Home Manager

Location: Slough

Salary: £60,000

Hours: 40 Per Week (Monday - Friday)

My client is currently recruiting for a passionate Registered Children’s Home Manager to manage a fully compliant Children’s Residential Home based in Slough. The Children’s Residential Home ensures the young people within the home feel secure, safe and inspired, making this an excellent working and living environments for all associated within the home. This is the perfect opportunity for an experienced Registered Manager or a Deputy Manager to join this wonderful children’s residential home and take that next step in their career.


Job Specification:

* Leadership and Management of the staff within the home

* Develop the skills of the support team

* Promote and maintain a high standard of children care

* Level 5 Leadership and Management

* A strong commitment to improve the lives of children

* Strong knowledge of OFSTED regulations

* Excellent communication skills

* Experience within a Residential Setting

* Regularly assess children’s needs and develop services to reflect this
