BramahHR are recruiting for a marketing assistant, that will support the marketing department by manning influencer campaigns, coordinating PR efforts and organise imagery and video assets. The role is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to grow there experience within the marketing sector.
Roles and Responsibilities
Influencer Campaign Management:
- Provide influencers with product samples and ensure timely delivery.
- Briefing influencer agency on product focus for
C&MBlog Management:
- Create monthly briefings for bloggers.
- Send out products to bloggers and provide the digital team with blogger content
PR
- Fulfil product and imagery requests from PR agency
Imagery and Video Management
- Rename and upload assets from photo and video shoots to PIM system and Google drive
- Maintain and organize the Google Drive for easy access to assets.
- Organise product orders for shoots and manage props and shoot preparation.
YouTube Management:
- Manage comments on the YouTube channel, ensuring a positive community environment.
Product Launch Toolkit Management:
- Create lightboxes for assets and upload brand assets to Salsify.
- Manage translations for English copy into Spanish, German, and French.
Social Media:
- Research trends on social media to keep the brand’s content relevant and engaging.
- Create templates in Canva to optimise Instagram stories, updating them as needed.
- Track and report monthly social media performance metrics.
- Identify celebrities and influencers to target for product placements and free product giveaways.
General Administrative Support:
- Provide overall administrative support to the marketing team.
- Assist in the preparation of marketing materials and presentations
