Job Description:
Our client, a forward-thinking and people-focused organisation, is seeking a dedicated Office Manager to join their team. This is a full-time, office-based role with working hours from 9-5.
As the Office Manager, you will be client facing, ensuring the efficient and effective running of the office. You will provide a welcoming experience for client visitors and support staff by maintaining a professional and organised environment. This role will involve a variety of responsibilities, from office maintenance to coordinating events and managing relationships with external partners.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain a clean, organised, and professional office environment
* Order office supplies and equipment, collaborating with IT support
* Create and update processes and procedures
* Manage Google reviews, Trustpilot, and other review sites
* Liaise with the external marketing company and provide support where appropriate
* Lead new employee onboarding during their first weeks
* Coordinate office events and meetings
* Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the office
* Greet visitors and clients professionally and courteously
* Direct enquiries to the appropriate team members
* Handle front desk telephone calls and emails efficiently
Essential Competence and Training:
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
* Friendly and professional demeanour
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, organisational, and time management skills
* Experience in managing relationships with suppliers
* Proactive and problem-solving oriented
