Job Description:
We are currently seeking a BusinessAdministrator for one of our clients who are a leader in their field and pride themselves on their positive working culture. This is an exciting opportunity based in Chester-Le-Street, where you will play a pivotal part in providing key administrative support and ensuring the smooth running of the office. You will be joining a friendly and dynamic team, with the ability to take the lead on some of the administrative duties. This role would suit a confident administrator, with a strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
 
Duties as a Business Administrator;
* Typing documentation and devising reports
* Handling queries, in person, via phone and digitally
* Managing diaries and organising meetings
* Following up with appointments
* Maintaining systems
* Liaising with internal and external parties
* Upkeeping both paper and electronic files
* Providing administrative support to the office
* General ad-hoc duties relevant to the post
 
What we are looking for:
* Demonstrated experience within an administrative post (essential)
* Strong Microsoft Office Skills, with an excellent Excel knowledge
* An excellent attention to detail
* A proactive approach with strong organisational skills
* Can manage workload appropriately and meet deadlines
* Strong customer service, accuracy and numeracy skills
* Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
 
To be successful as a Business Administrator you will be a personable individual with the ability to prioritise tasks and problem solve. In return the successful candidate will receive a salary between £22,500 - £24,000, working Monday to Friday with some excellent company benefits.
