About the Role:
As HR Manager, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR support to our team. This is a highly hands-on role where you will be involved in all aspects of HR, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and performance management. You will lead a small, dedicated HR team and work closely with management to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Leading and managing a small HR team
* Partnering with managers and senior leaders
* Employee relations, including performance management, disciplinary and grievance procedures
* Payroll and benefits administration
* Employment law compliance
* Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
* Supporting the business with HR advice and guidance
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
* Proven HR generalist experience
* Strong leadership and people management skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* CIPD qualified (desirable)
