Temporary Finance Officer
£16-16.50 per hour
Based in South West London
3 months (until October half term)
IMMEDIATE START
Are you a detail-oriented finance professional looking for a rewarding role in the education sector? Our client seeks a diligent Finance Officer to manage school financial transactions using FMS, Weduc/Squid, and Tali.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage purchase orders, deliveries, invoices, and payments
* Reconcile supplier statements and investigate queries
* Handle parental purchases and monitor payments
* Manage School Voluntary Fund transactions
* Perform various other finance-related tasks
Requirements:
* Financial knowledge and experience
* Proficiency in FMS, Weduc/Squid, Tali, and Excel
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
* Ability to work independently and in a team
* Enhanced DBS
Working Hours:
* 08:30 to 16:00 daily - 7 hours per day plus 30 minutes unpaid lunch
