Our client is an ambitious and fast growing, not for profit organisation, that strives to improve gender diversity in the finance sector by inspiring women to join and succeed in the industry.
During an exciting time of growth, our client is seeking a highly organised and proactive PA with exceptional organisation and communication skills, who can work to deadlines and multi-task. This is a varied, fast paced support role which provides pivotal logistical PA support to the CEO, as well as administrative project support, and would suit someone who is keen to learn more about gender diversity in the finance sector to support their mission.
Ideally, we are looking for candidates who have had some previous PA experience, with exposure to supporting on projects.
* General day-to-day EA support to the CEO including administrative support e.g. inbox support, drafting reports, presentations and emails.
* Diary management for the CEO and Senior Team (4 people).
* Organising and prepare for meetings, including drafting agendas, booking meeting rooms, and taking minutes (as required).
* Travel management including arranging and coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries for the CEO and Senior Team.
* Supporting with ad-hoc report work such as desk-based research, data collection and drafting reports, particularly on new sponsors (information on PE firms, individuals working in firms).
* Supporting with governance and policies implementation e.g. maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and ensure compliance with organisational policies.
* Reviewing and updating sponsor documents such as presentations, commitment letters, etc.
* Researching prospective sponsors, including preparing reports by collecting and analysing information including using various external sources e.g. firm websites and research tools such as Preqin.
* Managing the office inbox and being the first point of contact for all queries.
* Assisting with CRM administration including data entry and approvals (including checking information on individuals to ensure it is accurate).
* General office management support, including organising and assisting with team events (booking venues, getting food and drinks organised, other logistics).
Competency with MS Office ( Powerpoint/ Excel especially ) is essential and working knowledge of a CRM would be beneficial.
