Commercial Mortgage Broker Key Responsibilities: * Provide expert property finance advice and guidance to clients.
* Assist clients in securing the most suitable finance products.
* Assess clients’ financial information, creditworthiness, and eligibility.
* Analyze and compare finance products from various lenders.
* Stay updated with new finance products and regulatory changes.
* Maintain clear and effective communication with all parties involved.
