The Role: Commercial Mortgage Broker
As a Commercial Mortgage Broker, you will delve deep into clients’ requirements, providing advice and support to secure the best financial solutions tailored to their needs.
You will handle a variety of commercial cases, including bridging, commercial, portfolio buy-to-let, and development finance, therefore having a well rounded knowledge and experience in these areas is essential.
Commercial Mortgage Broker Key Responsibilities:
*Provide expert property finance advice and guidance to clients.
*Assist clients in securing the most suitable finance products.
*Assess clients’ financial information, creditworthiness, and eligibility.
*Analyze and compare finance products from various lenders.
*Stay updated with new finance products and regulatory changes.
*Maintain clear and effective communication with all parties involved.

*Self-Employed Position
*First Year OTE: £70k
*Office-Based in Bath or Hybrid Working Options

*Quick rapport-building capabilities and the ability to create lasting relationships.
