Reed are recruiting for an Office Administration Manager to join our client in their Norwich City Centre Sales office, coordinating office administration tasks to support the directors and ensure smooth office operations on a daily basis within an energetic team.
* Sales reporting using Microsoft Excel and in-house systems
* Monitoring staff hours
* Reporting on performance and KPIs
* Handling signed customer agreements and recording accurately
* Ordering office supplies and stationary
* Overseeing office insurances and business tenancy agreement
* Coordinating office utilises and paying expenses
* Creating correspondence as required with clients, partners, customers and suppliers
* Administration support to accounts as required
* Other support to directors as needed
We are looking for a hardworking, dynamic, enthusiastic and reliable individual with strong administration skills, ability to work confidentially and act as a responsible member of the office team. You will be comfortable with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook, have strong written and verbal communication skills, a sociable nature and keen to provide support to two busy directors.
* Salary negotiable dependant on experience £26,000 - £30,000
* 28 days annual leave
