Fractional Finance Director

Predominantly remote- must be West Midlands based for occasional site visits
Bell Cornwall Recruitment are thrilled to be working with an exciting and rapidly growing scale up company. They have recently received investment to support their growth, and as a result they are looking to take on a Fractional Finance Director in order to support with this growth, and take pressure off the founders.
The responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Oversee the outsourced management accountants working with the brand
* Budgeting and forecasting, with a focus on the brand’s growth (including invoice financing)
* Support with the brand’s sister charity
* Reporting to Board as well as investors
* Implement and improve systems within their finance function
The ideal Fractional Finance Director will have:
* Accountancy qualifications at at least 6 years PQE
* Experience managing management accountants
* Passion and drive to be involved in a scale up business
* The flexibility to work remotely, whilst occasionally visiting sites across the Midlands
* Experience in the FMGC (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) industry would be highly desirable
