About the Job

We are looking for a proactive and self-motivated Billing Coordinator to join the growing team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop within the accounts department and contribute to the company’s ongoing success.
Duties will include:

* Finalising invoices and credit notes
* Managing the Accounts Receivable mailbox
* Addressing invoice queries
* Posting client payments in Sage and allocating them appropriately
* Determining revenue accruals and/or deferrals based on project stages
* Conducting regular sales reporting against budget and forecast
About the Successful Applicant

* Strong administrative skills
* A background in a similar role
* Detail-oriented, capable of learning new systems quickly, and have excellent communication and organisational skills.
* A minimum of A-level qualifications or equivalent is required
* AAT and experience with Sage 50 would be an advantage
