Description:
As a Financial Crime Analyst, you will be the 1st line of defence and ensuring that you have mitigated AML risks across a wide variety of account portfolios. Full training will be provided to equip you to provide a high level of service. 
Typical duties will include:
* End to end case management for KYC/AML across a wide spectrum of personal, retail and corporate customers.
* Provide additional support and guidance to peers on complex queries.
* Ensure cases are completed to a high standard and meet regulatory and bank standards.
* Balance the needs of our customers to ensure risks and issues are identified and escalated to Line Manager.

Key Accountabilities and Priorities
* Ensures manages own performance to meet agreed targets.
* Ensures at all times that they are adhering to policy and process.
* Implements feedback and learning into cases to ensure that they are meeting the QC standards required.
* Escalates any issues with case completions to Team Lead.
* Acts as an owner on cases and always acts professionally with internal and external customers.
Experience
* 1-2 years’ experience working within the Financial Services sector.
* Experience working within a Financial Crime environment, including working across Compliance, Anti Financial Crime (AFC) and Operations departments to operate appropriate systems and controls to prevent Money Laundering.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Customer-focused attitude.
* Success in prioritising work and ensuring deadlines are met.
* Ability to forge strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
