We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President, Change Management Manager to join our EMEA Regulatory Change and Support team. This role is located in Manchester - hybrid.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: * Plan, organise, lead, and control all aspects of the project, end-to-end. This includes change management on system development and testing.
* Actively manage risks, issues, and dependencies.
* Ensures all project governance is followed and documentation is in place.
* Work with and provide direction to your business analysts & project resources.
* Execute on business analysis activities.
* Escalate early and plan mitigation when faced with obstacles.
* Heavy input to business requirements alongside business analysts.
* Manages vendor and client relationships. Responsible for some third-party governance.
* Coordinate resources across organizational boundaries.
* Provide and present project status in various meetings, including working, steering groups, and other regulatory forums.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience in business management or related field is required.
* Work experience in Project Management is necessary, more than 10 years is a bonus.
* Regulatory change experience, an accounting background and experience in data IT projects are bonuses.
* Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and/or Prince2 certification is preferred.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
