Job Description:
Title: Business Analyst – Digital HealthcareRecruitment Partner: Noaman HussainLocation: NottinghamAbout the roleWorking within the Digital Healthcare team, you will work across a diverse landscape of healthcare applications and programmes. You will be at the centre of an ever growing Digital Healthcare platform, delivering the best solutions that put our customer needs first. The daily activities of the role will include:
* Analysing business requests, identifying and evaluating options for improving business processes, ensuring the customers’ needs are always at the forefront of our solutions.
* Building positive relationships with and gain the trust of all stakeholders, underpinned by a sound understanding of priorities and business benefits.
* Working with business and IT stakeholders (Lead Business Analysts, Product Owners, SMEs, Architecture, UX Designers, Service teams etc.) to define and capture requirements, including functional and non-functional requirements for the project.
* Developing requirements documentation, including capturing Epics, Features and User Stories.
* Working in a team of other Business Analysts on large / complex pieces of work, ensuring that the vision, scope and requirements are aligned across the entire project.
What you’ll need to have * You’ll have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage, influence, negotiate and collaborate with a variety of stakeholders at all levels in the business.
* You’ll be detail oriented and work toward a collaborative understanding to deliver the best product for our customers.
* You’ll have the ability to handle multiple projects, deadlines, and work independently without supervision.
* You’ll always aim to understand, and bring others along when your understanding is greater than theirs.
It would be great if you also have * Experience working within an Agile and Waterfall software delivery environment.
* Experience working as a Product Owner, Product Manager or Agile Business Analyst.
* Experience working in a public or private healthcare setting.
