Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
* Assessment and Planning:

* Work in partnership with families and other professionals to achieve the best outcomes for children.
* Safeguarding and Protection:
* Identify and respond to cases where children are at risk of harm.
* Take appropriate action to ensure the safety and protection of children.
* Work within legal frameworks and follow safeguarding procedures.
* Support and Intervention:
* Provide direct support and counseling to children and families.
* Implement interventions to improve family dynamics and child well-being.
* Facilitate access to services such as education, health care, and community resources.
* Documentation and Reporting:
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of casework.
* Prepare detailed reports for case conferences, court proceedings, and reviews.
* Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
* Collaboration and Advocacy:
* Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including teachers, healthcare professionals, and law enforcement.
* Advocate for children’s rights and access to services.
* Engage in community outreach and education to promote child welfare.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
* Valid [State/Country] social work license.
