The Role:
As a Senior Research Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Managing the research with members, affiliates and employers
- Deliver the global and affiliate member surveys reporting the progress
- Carrying analysis on what’s driving results and providing recommendations on what to do further for CX
- Manage some qualitative research end-to-end
Skills/Requirements:
- CX and UX experience required
- Strong experience in scripting
