Position: OFSTED Registered Manager
Location: London
Salary Range: £50,000 - £65,000
An established children’s home based in London is seeking a Registered Manager to lead a staff team who will provide high quality care and support to 3 vulnerable young people between the ages of 8-18 yrs.
Our clients young people require support and as the Registered Manager, you will need to have experience supporting individuals with EBD and Complex Trauma.

Key Responsibilities:
* Demonstrate a commitment and care to providing children and young people the highest quality of care and support
* Be responsible for ensuring all safeguarding and compliance requirements are met, in line with Ofsted’s
* Continuous support and leadership to the staff teams knowledge and understanding of child protection practices and processes
* Develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, including local authorities, social workers, and other professionals
Requirements:
* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management
* Excellent understanding and knowledge of Ofsted Regulations and Legislation’s
* Experience leading a team effectively to provide the highest quality of care and support to Children and Young People in a residential setting
* Exceptional leadership and management skills
* Driver and ability to commute to London
