This role offers a lot of variety and will see you taking on exciting challenges that will vary from week to week.
Services Advisor Responsibilities:
* Be responsible for the diaries of multiple off site managers.
* Build relationships with head office, off-site staff members and external clients
* Arrange meetings for team members
* Deal with client complaints, assist clients with an empathetic and supportive manner
* Update the databases, support the team with all administrative duties, sending out letters, emails and gaining information.
* General administrative duties such as filing and Photocopying.
Experience Required:
* A strong customer services and administrative background
* Working within a compliance led environment
* Organised with fantastic attention to detail
* Able to multi task and prioritise your work.
This is a full time position that is fully office based they offer a 35 hour working week, working 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
