Job Description: We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Nursing Home Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care are provided to our residents. You will lead and inspire a dedicated team, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the daily operations of the nursing home.
* Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and other statutory requirements.
* Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the highest standards of care.
* Manage and lead a team of care professionals, providing support, training, and development.
* Liaise with residents, families, and external agencies to ensure the best possible care.
* Monitor and manage budgets, ensuring financial sustainability.
* Promote a culture of dignity, respect, and inclusion within the home.
Qualifications and Experience:
* (Preferred) Registered Nurse (RN) qualification and current NMC registration.
* Proven experience in a managerial role within a nursing home or similar setting.
* Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and care standards.
* Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
* Passion for delivering high-quality care and improving the lives of residents.
