Our Client is an International Freight Forwarding company providing logistical needs from 3PL to sea, road and air freight.  Due to increased global growth, they are looking to add a Freight Road Customer Service Agent  to their team in Essex.
The role of Road Freight Customer Service Agent will:
* Serve as the primary point of contact for customers on a daily basis
* Manage orders by entering data into the CARGOLINK system, ensuring accuracy
* Coordinate collections with the UK distribution department and International Export Planners
* Direct the Customs team to issue export declarations
* Perform various administrative tasks, including handling queries and POD requests
* Provide customers with delivery status updates upon request
* Communicate with DSV offices throughout Europe
Requirements for the role of Road Freight Customer Service Agent:
* Demonstrated experience in Customer Service
* General knowledge of transport (preferred but not required)
* Excellent client-facing and communication skills
* Efficiency and attention to detail
* Strong administrative abilities

The successful  Road Freight Customer Service Agent will be offered a salary up to £26,000 in line with skills and experience, plus benefits package.
