As a SENCO, you will:
* Lead the provision for special educational needs within the school.
* Coordinate and manage the support staff team.
* Develop and implement effective strategies to support students with SEN.
* Liaise with parents, teachers, and external agencies to ensure the best outcomes for all students.
* Monitor and review the progress of students with SEN and adjust interventions as necessary.
Entry Requirements:
* NASENCO qualification or experience working as a SENCO.
* Enhanced DBS check or willingness to apply for one.
