?? BRAND NEW VACANCY- Operations Manager / Chief of Staff??
LOCATION- West End, London- 4-5 days in office
SALARY- 65K- 95Kpa, depending on experience
We are super excited to be recruiting for a growing bridging lender, based in the West End.
We are looking for someone who can oversee the following functions
Office management
Growth of company. They have 23 staff and looking to be at 46 within 18 months.
HR issues (not needing CIPD)
IT issues (liaising with third parties or teams)
Oversight of system (not implementation)
Talent/ recruitment issues
The successful candidate will be an all rounder from specialist lending, who can help the company as they expand quickly and will become the ’go-to’ person for the team.
An imperative role, that will help to harness organisation, whilst continuing to champion �? a good working culture. ?? ?? ?? �?
