BTL Mortgage Broker
London
£40-55,000+ bonus
Our client is a real estate investment company based in Mayfair. They provide strategic advice and deal execution to their clients but also manage their own large portfolio of properties across the UK. Due to a time of growth, they now seek a BTL Broker. This is an exciting opportunity for a BTL professional, somebody that is familiar with the UK specialist lenders
Summary of duties:
* Mortgage broker for the office
* Submitting BTL cases upon senior management instruction through various lenders portals
* Ensuring exposure levels with specific lenders are within limits
* Uploading supporting documentation
* Liaising with various lenders underwriters and responding to questions/requirements
* Ensuring that applications are progressing efficiently and completing within time deadlines

Criteria:
* Must have specialist BTL broking experience, ideally at least 3 years
* Candidate must have broking experience and be happy with the administration part of the role
* Must be a strong relationship manager who is able to work at a fast pace
* Experience/understanding of specialist lenders
* Excellent telephone manner, able to liaise comfortably with clients and lenders
* Able to prioritise work and multi-task

Additional Information:
* Office based, Mayfair, 5 days per week
* Salary: Mostly likely in the region of £40,000-55k, earning potential is likely to be £80,000
* This is a busy and demanding role, the job holder will be rewarded greatly - this will not suit a "clock-watcher" as there will be occasions when you will be working outside of business hours
* The interview process is likely to include an initial interview via Teams, a face to face meeting at the office, and a trial day (which is beneficial to you and the company)
