Hawk 3 Talent Solutions is looking for a Recruitment Administrator for their client, a high-end specialist recruiter in Taunton, Somerset. The annual salary is £30,000 PA. In the future when you are fully trained in the role an administration bonus would become part of the package. The working hours are 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday.

As part of our dynamic office environment, you will collaborate with the operations team. Your main responsibility will be to engage with a select group of clients to comprehend their needs for freelance staff. This will involve identifying the right contractors for the positions and managing all aspects of the contract negotiation process.
Responsibilities:
- Working closely with our clients to find the perfect freelance personnel for their needs.
- Building relationships with freelance professionals, understanding their needs, and finding them the right projects.
- Negotiating rates and terms to make sure everyone’s happy with the contract.
- Partnering with our Operations Assistants to ensure contractors arrive on time and meet our clients’ needs.
- Helping out with travel plans and other little things (like training courses and PCR tests) to keep the project running smoothly.
- Attending industry events to meet new and existing clients and contractors.
Qualifications:
* We are looking for individuals with experience in office administration, customer service, sales, key accounts, or recruitment. Comprehensive training will be provided.
* MS Office experience. 
* Confident with verbal and written communication. 
* Excellent telephone manor. 
* The role of a Recruitment Consultant would be a good fit for someone confident in communicating with people, enjoys forming relationships, is organised, can multitask effectively, and works well under pressure at times.
