Elevation Recruitment Group is excited to partner with a renowned Sheffield-based software company to recruit a Temporary Customer Service Advisor. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated individual to become part of a vibrant and forward-thinking team on a 4 month contract.
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing excellent service and support. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to handle enquiries efficiently and professionally.
Customer Service Advisor Key Responsibilities:
* Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring prompt and accurate responses
* Provide product information and support to customers
* Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional manner
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services
* Log and manage customer interactions in the CRM system
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Customer Service Advisor Requirements:
* Previous experience in a customer service or support role, preferably within software
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused attitude
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Experience with CRM systems is a plus
