Business Development Manager
Manchester
£35k-45k basic, with uncapped commission, circa an addditional £20k year 1 and beyond this you truly are in control of what you earn! For transparency top BDMs are earning over £90k per annum.
Monday to Friday 9-5pm, this role is office based there is some flexibility for home working ideally 1 day per week
This business has seen some impressive growth since they opened just over 10 years ago- they now have multiple offices across the UK and 100’s of staff.
They partner with some impressive brands across the UK, and they provide services to some instantly recognisable UK businesses.

As a Business Development Manager you will work with new clients and ensure that each potential sale is nurtured effectively, and the client onboarding process is seamless. This is a sales role, not an Account manager role therefore we need experienced B2B sales professionals.
You will be based from the Manchester office, and this role will predominantly be on the phone- however for more ncomplex, high value negotiations face to face/virtual client meetings are definitely welcomed.
You will work with a team of lead generators who wil indentify opportunities for you, and then as the Business Development Manager it is your job to work with that client to convert the nibble into a sale!
As with any new business role, the commission structure is uncapped and any self generated business and deals with be paid at a higher rate.
