Job Description:
Are you an enthusiastic Retail National Account Executive looking to work with award-winning Forecourt Retail Partners?
Key Tasks/Responsibilities: * Building Business Plans: Collaborate with the National Account Manager and Retail Partners to create Joint Business Plans.
* Relationship Management: Develop an integrated contact strategy to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally, ensuring top-tier customer service.
* National Account Initiatives: Assist in implementing initiatives to improve product mix, customer traffic, and basket size, while enhancing loyalty and client satisfaction.
* Sales and Service Monitoring: Oversee sales and service, addressing and resolving any queries and issues that arise within the national account framework.
* National Account Debt Management: Support the management of commissioned operator bad debt, in collaboration with the Credit Control function.
* Project Involvement: Participate in cross-functional projects as needed.
* Professional Development: Take a proactive approach to personal development, national account management, and administrative tasks.
Requirements: * Driving Licence: A full UK Driving Licence is essential.
* Numeracy and Literacy: High levels of numeracy and literacy are required.
* Education: A degree or equivalent qualification is preferred.
* Experience: Previous experience in an FMCG retail customer-facing role is preferred.
* Relationship Building: Demonstrated ability to build effective relationships within a national account context.
* Customer Planning: Capability to create and execute a customer plan that drives profitable retail and wholesale sales, focusing on national accounts.
* IT Skills: Proficiency in CRM systems, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Office applications
