Job Description:
££ OTE in Year 1: £50 - £65K

Novus Recruitment is growing and looking for additional experienced Recruiters to join their team based in central Truro. We are an ultra-friendly, supportive, ambitious and ultimately successful team that loves hiring like-minded people who prefer to work in a relaxed, KPI-free environment where they can use their talent and enthusiasm to build strong client-recruiter relationships.
This is an exciting opportunity for you to join our team, develop your own division(s), enjoy a great salary package and benefit from a very generous, uncapped commission structure which sees you paid on everything you bill.
We would love to talk if you have enjoyed at least 2 years’ recent experience building and managing your own client base, developed sourcing strategies for talent attraction and regularly placed permanent or contract staff.
