Job Description:
Our client is a leading provider of equipment and services for well decommissioning. They are seeking a Project Engineer to join their team in Great Yarmouth on a full-time, permanent basis.
As a Project Engineer, your responsibilities will include:
* Lead the Decommissioning Project Team, ensuring effective management of projects in line with company expectations.
* Collaborate with stakeholders and manage project scope, cost, time, risk, and resources.
* Provide leadership and decision-making skills, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
* Prepare project plans, schedules, and procedures.
* Liaise with the sales team, identify sales opportunities, and support bid preparation.
* Monitor project performance and address issues promptly.
* Adhere to quality management systems, health and safety regulations, and legal requirements.
* Attend client meetings and provide departmental assistance as needed.
To be considered for this Project Engineer role, you will need the following:
* Minimum HNC/HND or 3 years equivalent experience.
* Engineering degree desirable.
* Demonstrable knowledge of budgets, schedules, quality, and deadlines.
* Excellent project management skills.
* Experience in meeting project deadlines and working within a team
