About Us:
My client create exceptional new homes and communities. They are seeking a motivated New Homes Sales Negotiator to join their development in East London.
Role Overview:
You will be the face of the business in marketing suite, guiding potential buyers through the home-buying process. Your role involves conducting property tours, responding to inquiries, assisting with reservations, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the development.
Key Responsibilities:
* Engage with prospective buyers, providing detailed information about our properties.
* Conduct property tours and highlight key features.
* Respond to inquiries and follow up on leads promptly.
* Assist buyers with the reservation process.
* Maintain knowledge of the development, pricing, and the local market.
* Achieve and exceed sales targets.
Requirements:
* Proven sales experience, preferably in real estate.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Highly organised with attention to detail.
* Self-motivated and target-driven.
* Ability to work weekends and flexible hours.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
